Start&Stop

When driving around town, the Alfa MiTo benefits from the Start&Stop device, which is combined with all the MultiAir petrol engines and all the JTDM-2 diesel engines. This device is permanently active, but can be turned off by the driver. It automatically stops and starts the car when at a standstill in town traffic to reduce fuel consumption, harmful emissions and sound pollution.
