The VIN is on the vehicle registration document, on the warranty certificate and on the windscreen, and also on the threshold of the right door under the side molding.
SOS Call: in case of emergency you can establish a manual call from inside the vehicle, via hard button, radio, or through the mobile app My Alfa Connect to the emergency call center or national emergency services (24 hours a day). Vehicle calls are automatically localized by the Alfa Connect Box. The Automatic SOS Call, instead, is an automatically generated call that connects to a call center under certain crash conditions.
Roadside Assistance: you can manually establish a voice call via radio or mobile app My Alfa Connect in case of Roadside Assistance with call center operator. The vehicle location and VIN will be automatically provided. Under certain condition like powertrain system faults, fuel system faults or braking system faults, the vehicle automatically establishes a voice call between vehicle occupants and roadside assistance providing vehicle location and VIN.
Remote Operations: you can interact with your Alfa Romeo without even being close to it. Lock and unlock doors and activate the lights all through your smartphone or smartwatch.
Vehicle Finder: finding your car in a crowded parking lot will no longer be a problem. Visualize your vehicle’s position on your smartphone, smartwatch and website. You can see the distance between you and your car, and even get directions.
My Remote includes also At-Home Digital Assistant*, Drive Alerts* and Eco-Score*.
Vehicle Info: know the status of your car at a glance. This package keeps you in the know with real-time vehicle conditions like fuel level, tire pressure, odometer and oil life. Logging in My Alfa Connect mobile app and website you can see the Vehicle Info updated at the time of last trip. Get a complete check-up of your car in real time for maximum driving safety.
My Car includes also Vehicle Health Alert* and In-Vehicle Notifications*.
Send & GO*: an advanced navigation experience that allows you to search for a destination on your smartphone and send it to the vehicle's navigation system via My Alfa Connect mobile app, thanks to the Send & GO feature. Reaching your desired destination has never been easier, without interruptions from your car to your smartphone.
My Navigation also includes POI Search*, Live Weather/Live Traffic/Live Speedcams*, Last Mile Navigation* and Parking Finder /Fuel Finder for smart navigation.
Wi-Fi Hotspot: the 4G LTE vehicle hotspot, provided by Ubigi, can connect up to 8 devices at the same time to surf on internet while traveling, so that all your passengers are guaranteed to stay entertained. The first registration must be done on-board while connected to the vehicle’s hotspot, once completed the user and all passengers are able to connect and use their devices.
Theft Alarm Notification: if the vehicle detects a suspected theft attempt, such as unauthorized towing of the vehicle, you will receive a notification. This includes vehicle movement or break-in attempts if the burglar alarm is present.
Stolen Vehicle Assistance: this service provides you assistance in the event of theft. You can call the contact center to request assistance directly by pressing the “Call” button on the My Alfa Connect mobile app and, once the theft is confirmed with a police report, security features including vehicle tracking will be activated.
The benefits of Mopar® Connect do not end with the proprietary services, accessible from the Uconnect™ LIVE mobile app and from the website. Thanks to the telematic data of your car, you can contribute to the constant improvement of the Mopar® Connect experience and enjoy the exclusive advantages, designed in collaboration with leading companies in their market sector.
Insurance Benefit
Mopar® Connect is a telematic box that can be combined with the latest Pay-As-You-Drive and Pay-How-You-Drive car policies, with promotions dedicated to connected customers: ask your dealer for more information or talk to your insurance company for take advantage of any discounts on the RC Auto policy!
The connected services Vehicle Health Report, At-Home Digital Assistant, Drive Alerts, Vehicle Health Alert, Vehicle Info will be activated from November 2020 (subject to market conditions). In-Vehicle Notifications, Send & Go, POI Search, Live Weather/ Live Traffic/ Live Speedcams and Last Mile Navigation will be activated from April 2021.
Most Alfa Connect Services packages are already included in the price of the car, for a period of time ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the package. My Assistant is already active, while for the My Car, My Remote and My Navigation packages you only need to complete the registration process.
Some Alfa Connect Services packages are available for a fee, with variable subscription periods, as in the case of My Wi-Fi and My Theft Assistance.
Free trial periods on selected vehicles are available to help you discover the packages. Ask your dealer!
The personal data you have provided (“Data”) will be processed by FCA Italy S.p.A. (“Company, We, Us”) to provide you with the service you have requested. We will also perform surveys on customer satisfaction related to the quality of our goods and services, provided that it is in our legitimate interests to do so. If you consent to us doing so, we will send you relevant marketing information and carry out market research about our products and services so that you don’t miss out on current offers. If you tell us that you want to receive communication that is specific to you, then we will analyse your personal preferences, interests or behaviours so that we can send you customised communication that we think you might like. If you tell us that you’re interested in receiving relevant offers from others companies that might interest you, then we will share your Data with companies in our group and selected partners in the automotive, financial, insurance and telecommunication sectors with whom we work closely.
What happens if I do not consent?
Submitting the Data is never mandatory however, if you do not provide essential information, we will not be able to provide you with the service requested. Only the fields with an asterisk are essential for us to be able to provide you with the service which you have requested. If you don’t fill in the optional fields, we will still be able to provide you with the service. If you do not consent to us marketing to you, we will not be able to tell you about our latest offers or deals which we think you might like.
Who processes the data?
The Data may be processed by natural persons and/or legal entities (“processors”), acting on our behalf under our specific instruction or contractual obligations. We may send the Data to third parties to comply with legal obligations, or for security purposes.

Where will my data be processed?
Processors are usually based in EU Member States but we may transfer the Data in countries outside of the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, to store them in databases managed by entities acting on our behalf. These processors of the Data are bound by the instructions we give them to process the Data and must do so in accordance with applicable data protection laws. In the event the Data is transferred outside of the EEA, we will use appropriate measures to guarantee adequate protection of the Data, usually in the form of standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission for the transfer of personal data outside of the EEA.
How long will my data be kept?
In providing you with the service you requested, we may store your Data for as long as is necessary to protect our interests relating to potential liability related to that service. We will only keep the Data for as long as is deemed strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. You may withdraw your consent to marketing and other activities unrelated to the performance of the specific service requested at any time, following which the Data will no longer be used for that purpose. Although we will not contact you for that purpose any longer, we may still store it to protect our interests.
